We are seeking licensed therapists in California and/or Texas who:
Are licensed or license-eligible in CA or TX
Have EMDR training (or are actively pursuing it)
Understand trauma at the nervous system level
Value structured, evidence-informed care

Licensed Therapists (CA and/or TX)
W-2 employee positions
1099 contractor roles
Part-time and full-time options
Ideal candidates:
Licensed in California and/or Texas
EMDR trained or actively pursuing training
Comfortable with trauma and nervous system language
Open to growth and collaboration
Associate Therapists (Under Supervision)
We also support associate clinicians who are:
Registered and eligible for supervision
Passionate about trauma-informed care
Seeking structured mentorship
Interested in developing EMDR competency
Associates receive:
Clinical supervision
Structured case consultation
Support building sustainable caseloads
Exposure to trauma-focused treatment models
Supervision is aligned with state-specific requirements.
