  • We are seeking licensed therapists in California and/or Texas who:

    • Are licensed or license-eligible in CA or TX

    • Have EMDR training (or are actively pursuing it)

    • Understand trauma at the nervous system level

    • Value structured, evidence-informed care

    • Are self-aware, collaborative, and growth-oriented

    • Want to build a sustainable caseload without burnout

  • As we expand across California and Texas, our goal is to:

  • We are currently accepting interest from:

    Licensed Therapists (CA and/or TX)

    • W-2 employee positions

    • 1099 contractor roles

    • Part-time and full-time options

    Ideal candidates:

    • Licensed in California and/or Texas

    • EMDR trained or actively pursuing training

    • Comfortable with trauma and nervous system language

    • Open to growth and collaboration

    Associate Therapists (Under Supervision)

    We also support associate clinicians who are:

    • Registered and eligible for supervision

    • Passionate about trauma-informed care

    • Seeking structured mentorship

    • Interested in developing EMDR competency

    Associates receive:

    • Clinical supervision

    • Structured case consultation

    • Support building sustainable caseloads

    • Exposure to trauma-focused treatment models

    Supervision is aligned with state-specific requirements.
